TeaM Energy is one of the largest independent power producers in the country.

With over 2,000 megawatts (MW) of installed generating capacity, we operate two coal-fired facilities; namely, the 735 MW Pagbilao Power Station in Quezon, and the 1,200 MW Sual Power Station in Pangasinan. In addition to these, we have a 50% stake in the 420 MW Pagbilao Unit 3 Power Project in Quezon.  All these efforts are aimed at addressing the country’s energy needs towards sustainable economic growth and development.

Our commitment goes beyond generating electricity. In partnership with government, we undertake high-impact corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs to help uplift lives and move the nation forward. Our focus areas are; education, health, economic development and environmental protection.

Working together with the Philippine government, we have made significant strides in implementing programs that promote the ecological conservation and development of our host communities through various initiatives not only to protect, but also to nurture our country’s natural resources. Our Sual and Pagbilao power stations are both ISO 14001-certified, and have consistently complied with, and exceeded the environmental standards set by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the World Bank, making our operations truly world-class.

In addition to our strong commitment to the conservation and preservation of the environment, we give utmost importance to the occupational health and safety of our employees as well as all individuals working in our Sual and Pagbilao power stations. Both power stations are OHSAS 18001-certified and continue to add manhours to the 8M safemanhours without lost time accident.

In 2001, we launched our flagship CSR Program in partnership with the Department of Energy, National Electrification Administration and various local government units. Project Beacon (Barangay Electrification Assistance for Countryside Development) is a Php1B+ project that has energized over 1,000 far-flung villages and improved more than a million lives all over the country.
